We are recruiting for a full-time optical assistant!

After 9 years, Kirsty is moving onto a new challenge – we will miss her and wish her well.
We are now looking for a full-time Optical Assistant to include most Saturdays.

We are a small and friendly practice and offer a competitive salary for the right candidate.

The role will include:

Ordering, assembling, repairing and adjusting spectacles
Use of the focimeter
Screening patients – OCT and fields scans
Helping patients with frames selection
Contact lens teaching

However, training will be provided in any areas required.

We are looking for a professional, friendly and diligent candidate with a positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
